Corrections should leave a trail.
When a material claim changes or is wrong, S4N records the issue, investigates it against primary evidence and documents the outcome.
What can be corrected
Feature claims, policy descriptions, source dates, comparison language, pricing context and other material factual statements can enter the correction workflow.
What to include
Use the contact route and include the exact S4N page, the disputed statement, why it may be wrong and a current primary source when one is available.
How S4N handles it
A correction can move through open, investigating, resolved or rejected states. Open issues automatically place the affected page into the editorial refresh queue.
Scores are not silently rewritten
Hands-on scores have versioned history. A replacement test supersedes the previous active score while preserving the earlier score record for auditability.
